Find below all the most frequently asked questions regarding shipping, fulfilment and more. This page is constantly being updated with new information to help you make the right purchase and answer your queries.

  • We offer shipping to all the following EU countries.

    Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain* (mainland), Sweden

    These locations are subject to change at any time due to, but not limited to, courier price changes and COVID-19 delays.

    We only ship to mainland Spain. Any order to the Spanish islands will be automatically canceled and not fulfilled.

  • Shipping costs €15,95 for all locations that we currently offer shipping to. There is no hidden costs, such as no import tax or customs, due at checkout or upon receipt of your order.

    Prices dependant on volume and weight and are subject to change at any time.

  • All products available from The Jump Rope Coach Chris are made-to-order and built by hand, whether you chose a custom rope or not. Once we have recieved your order, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    All ropes are hand-built by our team in the UK, then imported via our EU distributor before making their way to you. Batches are sent to our distributor once a week on Mondays.

    Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. These estimates are subject to delays due to customs clearances and disruptions relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic so your patience is appreciated.

  • Your tracking number can be found at the top of your fulfilment email. Click the link in that email to be shown the tracking status of your order. If you can’t find your fulfilment email or don’t think you ever received one, check your spam box. Alternatively, get in touch below.

  • Delays will occur if shipping information (address, contact number or postal code) is not accurately provided. Make sure the shipping information is complete and accurate.

    Shipments returned to The Jump Rope Coach Chris due to, but not limited to, missing information or incorrect information will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again. If shipping information is recognised as inaccurate or incomplete before the order is fulfilled, then you will be contacted to amend this before the order is shipped; failure to reply will result in further delays.

    If you pay for the incorrect shipping option (e.g. select a different country than the shipping address) then you will be contacted to pay the necessary shipping fees. Delays may be experienced as a result whilst we try to contact you.

    The Jump Rope Coach Chris reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement on any orders where incomplete or inaccurate shipping information resulted in the inability to successfully ship an order or due to orders being lost in transit because of incomplete shipping information being provided. Replacement orders will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.

  • If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please get in touch below so we can investigate it for you.

    The postal service only officially classifies a shipment as lost until 30 calendar days after the date of fulfilment.

    Refunds will not be issued on orders that are suspected as lost, until a lost packaging claim has been accepted by the postal service. The Jump Rope Coach Chris reserves the right to provide replacements or issues refunds until claims are accepted.

    The Jump Rope Coach Chris reserves the right to refuse the provision of replacement until a shipment has been officially classified as lost by the postal service.
